The Mk3 Kit was put together for those who wanted a M1913 Rail underneath their fiberglass HG, the Rail Yoke as Pictured, can go over any barrel with a OD of .750 in. It is then secured via set screws similar to low profile gas blocks, end users with experience can modify there yoke for HBar barrels or custom sizes.
